You can apply for your card by:
If you are approved for a VISA CREDIT CARD, you can expect to receive your card within 8-10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your approval status, you can call customer service at 1-888-415-6154.
You can use your card at any of our ATM locations and also ATM locations displaying the VISA or STAR logo. You should receive your PIN number within the first week after you receive your credit card.
Balance Information: You can obtain your balance, account history, payment or purchase information by clicking here. You may also call 1-888-415-6154.
Credit Line Increase: If at any time you would like to have a credit line increase, you will need to complete another credit card application, stating that you would like to increase your credit line.
Insurance Enhancements: Once you have been approved and receive your Visa Credit Card, you will receive a separate application concerning different types of insurance coverage available for your credit card. You may also stop by your local branch office for insurance information.
Insurance available on your credit card includes Chargegard 2000 - Credit Life, Credit Disability, Family Leave Coverage, and Unemployment Insurance.
Lost/Stolen Cards: If you lose your card or it is stolen, you should contact the security department at 1-800-325-3678 or 1-800-322-8472. This number will also be on your statement.

PLEASE REMEMBER: You should not bring your payments in to SFCU. The branch office will mail them to ICUL SERVICE CORPORATION if you bring them in, but doing so can cause you to incur a late fee.
Your Visa Credit Card transactions will not be reflected on your monthly SFCU statements. ICUL Service Corporation will be producing your credit card statements to reflect any information regarding your credit card such as balances, current charges, interest rates, etc.
